Round Trip Rye IPA

Russ’s Roundtrip Rye

Using rye from the Olson farm in Worth County we’ve crafted an aromatic double IPA using North American grain and hops. This favorite is on for the fall and winter season and makes a fuller complement to our Field Trip IPA. We’ve used late additions of Mosaic hops to the boil as well as the fermenter to provide a complex “mosaic” of aromas, including tropical fruit (mango, papaya), blueberry, citrus, pine, and earthy notes. The aromatic punch is followed by a muted bitterness for a pleasant potable.
